Dietary Recipes- Weight Loss Soup

For 4 people you need:

-1 stalk leek
-500 g carrots
-400 g cauliflower
-1 yellow sweet pepper
-1 celery
-600 g of cabbage
-2 potatoes
-2 onions
- 6 tomatoes
- parsley, chili powder, pepper, cumin grain


Weight Loss Soup

PREPARATION:

1-Wash vegetable. Clean the leeks peel carrots and cut in both rings and coils. Then split in small pieces. Clean yellow sweet pepper, celery and cabbage and cut in strips. Peel potatoes, wash and dice. Peel and chop onions.

2-Peel tomatoes, cut in quarters, remove seeds and cut to pieces. Parsley wash, dry and finely chop on.

3-Vegetables with onions and 2 l of water boil and cook openly about 25 minutes. Spicy soup with parsley, chili, pepper and cumin grain.

Setup time of approximately 45 minutes.
