Nutrition Dinner- Salmon Tartar

Ingredients for 4 people: 2 young onions, 2 celery, 1 avocados 200 g smoked salmon, 4 spoons medium burning mustard, 4 spoons of sunflower oil, 2 spoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon honey, salt, pepper, 2 tomatoes, 8 slices crispy bread with cumin (Wasabi).
Preparation:
Onions, celery and avocados wash, clean, if necessary, Peel and remove pit. Like salmon dice.
Mix mustard with olive oil, lemon juice, and honey. Vegetables with salmon then 15minut marinade. Wash tomatoes, cut into strips. Place slices of crispy rolls and put Salmon Tatar on them. If you want, serve on the green salad, if desired, you can decorate with the lemon.
