Water is definitely the healthiest beverage, but I offering you yet another reason why to preferred drink of water: it is cheap! If you drink water, you'll avoid liquid calories: 3,5 dl of carbonated beverages has 150 calories, alcoholic beverages have 170 calories for a glass of wine to more than 300 calories for a cocktail. Water has no calories. If you do not like ordinary water, you can add some flavor. You can add a few drops of lemon juice, but you can also try the other flavors. For example, peppermint extract, or a few leaves of fresh mint.
